Nu Skin Compensation Plan
Nu Skin pays out approximately 42 % on sales comission back to their distributors.
A Nu Skin distributor can earn money in two ways
- Through Retail Markups which means that the distributor buys products for wholesale prices with the possibility for resale to customers or for personal use. On some of the Big Planet products is no markup such as Internet services.
In general the company suggests a 30% markup for the products, but distributors can set their own selling price.
- Through Commissions also sometimes called bonuses. Depending on the amount of people a distributor sponsors into his business the ability to earn commission will increase.
In 2006 the Company paid approximately $480,136,000 in commissions and sales compensation globally to their distributors. In the same period, the Company paid approximately $83,712,937 in commissions to distributors residing in the United States.
